What counts as an extra server?

Each Minecraft server that sends its stats has its own key. Both plans include one server. For a lobby and a survival server, you need one extra server.

Can I cancel the monthly subscription?

Yes, anytime from your dashboard, with no commitment. The panel stays open until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.

What happens if a payment fails?

You have 7 days to update your card, and the panel stays open in the meantime. Your servers keep sending their stats, so nothing is lost.

Is lifetime really forever?

Yes: you pay once and the included server stays active with no recurring charges. Servers you add are also paid for just once.

How does payment work?

By card, on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your invoices are available in your dashboard.
